About the characteristics of overseas products <br>Inspection is based on overseas standards. Even products that are considered defective in Japan may be treated as good products overseas. We select and sell products that are of the highest quality possible, but the quality is inferior to Japanese products, so those who are concerned about quality may not be satisfied.
When washing, please use your discretion and handle the item gently by hand washing. We do not accept returns after washing.
Due to overseas shipping, the packaging may collapse or the product may lose its shape during transportation. In addition, the box is used to protect the contents from long-distance air transport, so please be aware that the box may get crushed.
The product will be shipped within 10 to 30 business days after payment, excluding weekends and holidays. (Shipping takes about 10 days on average) It may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as the manufacturer's work status, operational status, or customs stoppages. Please note. We are working as quickly as possible to deliver your order as soon as possible, but if you are in a hurry, please refrain from waiting. If we are unable to ship your order within 45 days from the order date, we will cancel the order and refund the amount of the item to the payment method used at the time of ordering. Since our store ships internationally, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by 〇th.
About email after order completion
We will send you an automatic email after you place your order. We will also contact you via email regarding other important information. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder and enable reception for xtylings.official@gmail.com, or contact us using your Gmail address. Our store cannot be held responsible for any inability to receive or confirm emails due to your settings or environment.
Regarding delivery
All delivered items will be shipped with a tracking number. In order to provide the product at the lowest possible price and in consideration of environmental issues, it will be shipped in simple packaging. Shoes and accessories may not come with a box. In order to protect personal information, we do not enclose delivery notes as we are striving to go paperless. Please check by yourself when confirming your order. If you are not home, the delivery company will notify you of your absence. Please request redelivery yourself from the notification of absence. Products that have exceeded the shipping company's storage period will be disposed of after being returned. If you contact us before the item is disposed of, we will charge you a forwarding fee and various handling fees, and reshipping will be cash on delivery. Under no circumstances will we be able to accept reshipping, refunds, or any other measures for products that have been left unattended by the customer and disposed of.
