When will it arrive?

All of our products are purchased overseas and are inspected and packaged by our local partner companies. Please allow approximately 10 to 30 business days for the item to arrive. If it takes more than 45 days to ship, we will cancel the order.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Since orders are placed immediately after they are placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made.

Can I return it?

If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, it will be subject to a defective exchange. Please send photos of the defective part and the shipping slip to xtylings.official@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product . We will determine whether or not the product is defective and will reply to you.

I did not receive an order confirmation email

If the email address you registered at the time of purchase is a carrier email, you may not receive the order confirmation email. If necessary, please use a PC email address such as Gmail.

Unable to track with tracking number

The tracking number for your package will be reflected after it passes through Japanese customs. It will take about 4-7 days after being shipped. Also, the number may change due to the delivery company's circumstances during customs clearance. In that case, we will notify you of the changed number via email. In the unlikely event that your request has not been reflected within a week, please contact us.

Can you please do it early?

Please rest assured that we are working to minimize the time required for all customer orders. We also cannot accept requests such as having the package arrive by 〇〇. Due to the supplier's work status and logistics circumstances, we are unable to provide specific information on the estimated shipping date and arrival date. We will contact you with the tracking number when shipping. Since it takes at least 2 weeks for your order to arrive, we will only accept inquiries regarding delivery after 2 weeks have passed since your order was placed.
