About shipping the product

Please allow approximately 10 to 30 business days for shipping. If it takes more than 45 days to ship, we will cancel the order. Please rest assured that we are working to minimize the time required for all customer orders.

Due to the supplier's work status and logistics circumstances, we are unable to provide information on the estimated shipping date and arrival date on a case-by-case basis.

We cannot accept requests such as having the package arrive by 〇〇.

Once the item has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to your registered email address. If you have not received it, please wait for a while.

Regarding cancellations and changes

Since orders are placed immediately after they are placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made.

About returns

If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, we will only accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving the product .

Please send a photo of the defective part and the delivery slip to the address below. We will determine whether or not the product is defective and will reply to you.

If you can't track it with the tracking number

The tracking number for your package will be reflected after it passes through the customs of your country.
It may take 3-7 days for the tracking information to be reflected.
