About the characteristics of overseas products <br>Our store is a select shop that deals in imported products.
Imported products may differ from Japanese standards. Products that are considered defective in Japan may be considered good products overseas. We try to select and sell products of the best quality possible, but the quality is inferior to Japanese products, so those who are concerned about quality may not be satisfied.
When washing, please handle it gently by hand washing at your discretion. We do not accept returns after washing.
Since this product is shipped from overseas, the packaging may be damaged during shipping, and the product may lose its shape. The box is only there to protect the product during long-distance air transport, so please understand that the box may be crushed.

Delivery period for products
After payment, the item will be shipped within 10 to 30 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. (Shipping takes about 10 days on average) It may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as the manufacturer's work situation, operation status, and customs stoppage. Please note. We will operate as quickly as possible so that we can deliver it as soon as possible, but please refrain from ordering if you are in a hurry. If we are unable to ship within 45 days from the order date, we will cancel the order and refund the amount of the corresponding product to the payment method used at the time of the order. Since we ship internationally, we cannot promise that the item will be delivered by a certain date.


About emails after completing an order
After you place an order, we will always send you an automatic email. We will also contact you by email for other important information. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and allow emails from xtylings.official@gmail.com, or contact us by email address such as Gmail. We are not responsible for any inability to receive or confirm emails due to your settings or environment.


Regarding delivery
All delivered items will be shipped with a tracking number. In order to provide the lowest possible price and to consider environmental issues, we will ship in simple packaging. Shoes and accessories may not come with a box. As for the delivery note, we do not enclose it because we are working to go paperless to protect personal information. Please check it yourself after confirming your order. If you are not at home, the delivery company will contact you by notifying you of your absence. Please request redelivery by notifying you of your absence. Items that have exceeded the delivery company's storage period will be discarded after being returned. If you contact us before disposal, we will charge you a transfer fee and various fees, and reshipment will be cash on delivery. We cannot accept any reshipment or refunds for items that have been abandoned and discarded by the customer under any circumstances.

No matter how many times you shop in a month, you will pay in one lump sum the following month. *The amount used for one month will be confirmed on the 1st of the following month, and you will be notified of the payment details by the 3rd of the month via email and SMS (short message).
