For items that are available in stock, we can only offer exchanges. Refunds will only be provided in the case of product defects discovered after delivery or if the item is out of stock.

- In the event of defects or flaws in the received product.
- If a product different from the one ordered is received.
- Procedure for Exchanging Defective Items Within 3 days from the arrival date confirmed by the tracking number, please contact us at the email address below with a description of the situation, details of the defects, and photos of the shipping label. We will assess the defective nature of the product and respond to your email.
*Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries through direct messages on social media platforms. Kindly use email for communication. *Sending returns without prior communication could lead to issues like loss, so please refrain from doing so.
Refund Procedure After confirming the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. We will cover the initial defective product's shipping cost. Following an assessment of the product's condition, we will process the refund through a deduction in your chosen payment method. The timing of the refund depends on the policies of your payment method, so if clarification is needed, please contact your payment method provider.
Non-Applicable Situations Cancellations or changes to orders cannot be accommodated once placed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing payment. Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (such as differences in image, incorrect sizing, or mistaken orders) cannot be accepted. Cooling-off periods do not apply to mail-order sales. Please proceed with ordering after understanding and agreeing to this. Products that have deteriorated since arrival (due to smell, alteration, washing, loss of accessories, etc.), even if considered defective initially, cannot be exchanged. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Our shop deals with overseas products, and compared to Japanese-made items, overseas products may exhibit the following characteristics:
- Loose threads
- Folding wrinkles
- Slight variations in button attachment
- Unpunched buttonholes
- Minor dirt or scratches from the manufacturing process
- Missing tags, care labels, or size labels
- Package distortion or product shape distortion during transport
- Crushed packaging boxes
- Specification changes due to production batch
- Slight fading or color transfer
- Excess adhesive
- Strong odors inherent to the product
- Chalk pen marks (these will disappear after washing)
As per overseas standards, these factors might not be considered defects, hence they are not eligible for returns. Other important notes are provided on each product page. While we meticulously inspect each item before shipping, please understand that items not affecting wearability might still be sold.
- Special Cases In instances where a large quantity of the same product was accidentally ordered, we might accept returns based on the content of the order. However, due to various fees incurred during the purchase process, you would need to bear 50% of the purchase amount. Additionally, fees associated with bank transfers will be your responsibility. Purchase-related fees like shipping, return shipping, and payment processing fees are not eligible for refunds. We will not accept returns for items missing accompanying items, or items that have deteriorated due to wear. Returns should be sent with the postage paid by the recipient.
